“I am really happy to be staying with Williams for the 2024 season,” Sargeant said. “It has been an incredible experience with the team thus far and I’m thankful to be able to continue to grow within the organization.”

Development and Optimism at Williams

The off-season is a key time for Pérez to regroup and collaborate with his engineers. Learning from past challenges would determine how better we perform, he added. “We’ve been through highs and lows, but every moment has made us stronger. Now it’s time to look ahead.”

Pérez is also concentrating on increasing his affinity with the car, particularly on tracks where results varied last year. Red Bull’s engineers will play a key role in helping him to hone his approach.
